Postage
I post by Royal
Mail 1st Class or 2nd Class Signed For only, due to a high volume of mail going
missing or being received damaged. I only use Royal Mail as other services are
not convenient, therefore please do not
ask me to use a different delivery service.
I will combine
postage if at all possible and will refund any overpayment.
I always obtain a
proof of postage for each parcel where ever it is going!

On receipt of your
item, please leave feedback for me. This shows that you have received your item
alright. I will then leave you feedback in return. If for any reason you are
not happy with your item, please email me to discuss, rather than just leaving
negative feedback. I am happy to try and sort things out.
Returns and Refunds

do not accept returns.
I do NOT give refunds unless the item is
significantly different to that described. I try to be as honest and accurate
as possible but I am only human! I only sell items in good condition that I
would be happy to receive myself but if an item is listed as used, please do
not expect it to look as if it has just been brought from a shop. I do check my
items before selling and will wash them before listing them.
